YOUTH COACHING

Sometimes your kid needs someone who isn't their parent.

You know they're capable. You also know something isn't clicking. Maybe they're stuck. Maybe they've lost their confidence. Maybe they're overwhelmed, making decisions you don't understand, or have no idea what comes next. And you've tried talking about it. A lot.

Coaching gives them a space to figure things out with someone who isn't their parent, teacher or boss.

Is this your kid?
  • They're smart, but completely stuck. They know what they should be doing. They just can't seem to get themselves moving.

  • They're 18 and have no idea what they're doing next. Everyone keeps asking about school, work and their future, and they don't have an answer.

  • Their confidence has taken a hit. They're comparing themselves to everyone else and starting to believe they're falling behind.

  • They keep making the same choices. You can see where things are headed. They can't, or don't want to hear it from you.

  • They've got something they're struggling with, but they won't talk to you about it. Not because they don't trust you. Sometimes it's just easier to talk to someone who isn't emotionally invested in the outcome.

  • They're navigating a relationship that's complicated. Friendship, dating, family, sometimes they need help figuring out what they actually want and how to communicate it.

  • They're trying to figure out who they're becoming. That's a pretty big job.

What coaching looks like

This isn't therapy. It's not tutoring. And it's definitely not someone telling your kid what to do.It's a space to talk, think, question, challenge assumptions and figure out what comes next. We'll work on the things that are actually getting in their way, whether that's confidence, motivation, relationships, communication, decision-making, resilience or simply feeling stuck. The goal isn't to make them into who someone else thinks they should be. It's to help them become more capable of navigating their own life.

6 sessions. One-on-one.

Coaching is designed as a six-session package, giving enough time to build trust, identify what's actually going on and work toward meaningful change. For ages 15–24.
